I apologize beforehand if this is in the wrong category.

I myself am an exchange student here and also learning German but I’m still not so fluent so I would ask you some questions.
I’m curious about prostitution since it’s forbidden in my home country.
I heard the prices are quite “affordable” and there’s many possibilities in offer.
How much would I have to pay for a “standard” service for around 30 min or shorter?
I don’t have many requests, just some fun. And is there also possibility to leave out condom?

50 should be possible, too. But 70- 100 you should be fine.
And yes in some locations ( most of the time not the best ones) it is possible without condom.

It's not that easy. There are prostitutes that do sex without condom as an "extra", most the time this costs like 10€ or 20€ more. A lot of prostitutes don't do sex without a condom at all. Search for "Ohne-Service" "Naturservice" "Alles Ohne" "AO" if ur on sites like Kontaktbazar/Booksusi and similiar ones.
 
for example the one i usually go to,
30min will cost me €60,00
withouth condom which is referred to as "Naturservice" ("Natural Service") would cost an additional €30,00
long story short, €90,00 for 30min without condom.
but make sure to ask this beforehand and not in the middle of the action ;)
 
To be a bit more precise:
Blow Job without condom (called NF Form Natural French) is not granted, but very frequently offered, Sometimes For a small extra. Next step in this direction is MV (come in mouth - CIM), more rare. Next one is Schlucken = swallowing. Again at a Charge anderen rare. "Ohneservice" AS mentioned commonly refers to vaginal or anal intercourse without condom. "Mit spritzen" or "hineinspritzen" means CIP or CIA.

Shorter than 30 min is offered as "Quickie", but more often at cheaper (more basic, less Clean, older/less atractive women - although the latter is a matter of taste) places.

As you see, I differ slightly from c-v, which is a matter of taste and personal risk Profile.

While at Cinderella Arnstein Gasse and Matznergasse are okay locations, Nordwestbahnstraße is clearly one category lower and "Cinderella Palace" at Wilhelminenstrasse is one of the least attractive Laufhauses in Vienna. What speaks for Cinderella overall is that photos are quite honest throughout.
 
Arnstein Gasse has pretty young girls so I will ask about them without condom haha
