Hello everyone. We're new here and have a question. Which are the best saunas you'd recommend to visit in Karnten? We visit Austria often and would like to try out a few of them. Thank you!

you are lucky, there are not so many... 
And if you like to do more in a Sauna than relaxing (and do not what to hide for it), there is only one to recommend in my opinion, which is Amoria in Krumpendorf!

Thank you for the recommendation. Is that like a hardcore-swinger place where everyone has sex all over, or is it more relaxed?

very relaxed, you do not have to do anything! but it has a real sauna, where everybody is naked, also in the pool and pool area... (which is not the case anymore in many other saunas)
