These terms were not scrubbed from the site by the Trump administration.
As Snopes points out, the Obama administration issued a notice a few days ago acknowledging there would be a transition during Mr Trump’s inauguration.
It pointed out that the existing content on WhiteHouse.gov would be moved to ObamaWhiteHouse.gov, where it currently resides.
This archiving process is in line with the overall digital transition between the two leaders.
On Twitter, for example, all of Mr Obama’s tweets under the @POTUS account have now been moved to the account @POTUS44, with the former account wiped clean to make way for Mr Trump.
While it’s technically correct that terms such as “LGBT” and “climate change” are absent from the White House website now, Mr Trump’s administration did not actively remove them.
